With my background in Empowerment Self-Defence, psychology, conflict resolution, and decades supporting diverse individuals (including neurodivergent young adults, people with physical challenges, and those in high-emotion roles), I guide you gently yet firmly. We unload what you’ve been carrying alone, connect the dots between your experiences and patterns, and co-create practical, actionable steps that fit your life.
