Once you register for an event, the registration fees are non-refundable, and the ticket is not transferable or exchangeable. Please ensure you choose the event carefully and that the participant is available on the date and time of the booking, as changes in circumstances are not grounds for a refund.

If you cannot make it due to an emergency, please contact me directly asap. Refunds will not be available. You can use your credit for up to 12 months.

In the rare event that I have an emergency and need to cancel, you can choose to rebook or receive a refund. The time for your refund will depend on the bank's processing times.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. If we cancel an event, we will refund the registration fee you paid to us.

Changes: We reserve the right to change a workshop's time to ensure we meet the minimum number of participants required (2 participants minimum 5 maximum). We will contact you and let you know about the time change within 3 to 5 days of the workshop. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled workshop, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the notice, and we will inform you of the next steps.

When physical techniques are introduced, they are done so gradually, safely, and often through innovative methods like our pool noodle activity. This allows you to build confidence in your physical capabilities without experiencing pain or fear, gently challenging limiting beliefs about physicality.
