Refund Policy - the basics
These workshops are designed to have a minimum number of women in each workshop so everyone receives personalised attention. I receive countless of bookings for these intimate classes so it is imperative that you turn up.

Once you register for an event, the registration fees are non-refundable, and the ticket is not transferable or exchangeable. Please ensure you choose the event carefully and that the participant is available at the date and time of the booking, as a change of circumstances is not a reason for a refund.

If you cannot make it due to an emergency, please contact me directly asap.
Refunds will not be available. You can use your credit for up to 2 months.

In the rare event, I have an emergency and need to cancel you can choose to rebook or receive a refund. Time for your refund will depend on bank processing times.
Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. If we cancel an event, we will refund you the registration fee you paid to us for the event.
Changes: We reserve the right to change a workshop's time to ensure we meet the minimum number of participants required (2 participants minimum 5 maximum).
We will contact you and let you know about the time change within 3 to 5 days of the workshop. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled workshop, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the notice, and we will inform you of the next steps.
